The Professional's Choice', Satin Ice Buttercream Icing Mix is a soft dough-like base that mixes to a light and fluffy buttercream. Simply add water and butter, then mix! The result is an authentic-tasting homemade buttercream that takes less than 2 minutes to make. Better yet, you can mix it to your desired consistency. Add more or less water to produce a softer or firmer mix.

Once mixed, your buttercream can be used cake covering and decorating, piping flowers and borders, string work, fillings, crumb-coats and dessert bases. It's also flawlessly white in colour, with a light vanilla taste, making it perfect for adding flavours and colourings.

Once mixed, your buttercream can be stored in the fridge for up to one week, or frozen for 1 month.
