This brand new, revolutionary cake mix from PME is almost too good to be true. Now, you can bake delicious sponge cakes at home, and all you need is water and vegetable oil!

Each pack contains 500g. This is enough to make one classic 8" cake or 20-24 cupcakes.

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan oven).
2. Grease the bottom and sides of a 7"-8" tin.
3. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix with the water and vegetable oil with a spatula or whisk for around 5 minutes. Pour into tin.
4. Bake 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for ten minutes in tin and remove to cooling rack to cool completely for 1 hour.

For cupcakes, follow instructions 1-4 but pour the mixture into cupcake cases preinserted into a cupcake pan/tray. Bake for 25 minutes.
